Has spent many years in the fabric manufacturing units that he ran out of Gujarat. He also extended his experience to the ailing mills of Mumbai and worked closely as a Consultant to revive them. Post retirement, he spent a few years as a volunteer with Jeevan Jyot Charitable Trust. He remains an industrial engineer at heart and has promoted and financed Sakshi Infotech Solutions LLP. He continues to believe that creativity and innovation should be adopted in every field to grow and succeed.
Mrs. Bijal Ganesh Promoter
Founder Promoter and Partner has worked with a large pvt sector bank for over 16 years. During her stint, she has gathered rich experience while working in both retail and corporate segment of the bank. For over 10 years she was in business development as a relationship manager to several Financial Institutions, Top Mutual Funds and government bodies to provide end to end banking solutions. She used to manage both fund based and non fund based banking requirements for these institutions. After taking a break from her career for bringing up her daughter she has now initiated the setup of SIS.
Mr. Sundaresan Mentor
An enterprising person brimming with energy, at 70 years of age, Mr. Sundaresan is a seasoned Banker. He is a MSC, MBA & CAIIB. His impressive career got a boost with his posting at the prestigious Reserve Bank of India Bangalore. Mr. Sundaresan later joined Syndicate Bank as a Management trainee.
The distinguished personality has handled various senior management positions in Branch Operations, Regional Operations, Treasury and Investment Banking including Merchant Banking as well. Owing to his accomplishments, Mr. Sundaresan was later rewarded with an opportunity to head a joint venture as Director of Operations for Finance Company in Hong Kong, promoted by three public sector banks. He is on the advising panel of some of the leading private sector banks in treasury management, more specifically in debt market.
Currently he is Executive Chairman – Shardul Securities Ltd (Promoted by Chaturvedi & Shah – Auditors to Reliance group). Mr. Sundaresan has travelled lengths and breadths of the world and has attended many seminars and conferences. He has also been a member of All India Debt Market Dealers Association, Foreign Exchange Dealers Association of India, Association of Merchant Bankers, and Consultative Committee of National Stock Exchange.

Manoj is a consultant who has spearheaded consulting engagements with leading public and private organizations in India and Kuwait over the past 20 years. An IT Specialist having exposure of 19 years plus managing various IT Projects, Process Automations (RPA), Improvements, Audit, and Documentation, he has led consulting projects straddling an interesting array of sectors including Telecom, Small Hydro, Metallurgy, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Pest Control, Logistics, Architecture, and other SME industries.
His main areas of expertise include Business Process Management, IT Systems, and Security Audits. He has also consulted and been a key player in the development, customization, and implementation of ERP, CRM, IMS, and other Automated Systems Solutions.
As a Process Consultant, he was actively involved with the Business Excellence Team of a large telecom organization, documenting over 850 business processes across telecom circles, business units, and functional departments. He was also instrumental for designing systems and workflows for implementing many of these processes. The documentation of these processes was based on the eTOM framework, which was later used by the organization to acquire the TL9000 standards certification. He has recently completed working with a team for a large insurance provider who needed to migrate all of their business processes onto an online process tool / repository.
